If we’ve learned one thing from all colorways we’ve made, it’s that purple has a special place in the hearts of many of our customers. This year, we started playing with gradients in the studio, which were wildly loved each time the showed up in The Cultivated Thread booth. Combining the two concepts was a no brainer. And so, ‘Aster’ was born.
Deep eggplant purple edges blend with warm chocolate brown, transitioning to vibrant magenta, soothing lavender, and finishing with a bright daffodil yellow center. Each color adds depth and cheer.

CARE
Machine wash in cool water with bleach free detergent and tumble dry on low. Avoid using fabric softeners and dryer sheets as they can reduce the towel's absorbability.
We've put a lot of love and care into our production process to give you a finished cloth that's perfect for your needs. We pre-wash all towels to shrink and bind the threads together so you can get right to using them - they're machine sewn and back stitched for extra strength.
PRODUCTION SPACE
The studio where these towels are produced is both smoke free and cat friendly. With their softness, absorbency, and appealing look, towels are our favorite product; they are the epitome of functional art!
