Queer Maker's Market
This café is a hike to get to, but a beautiful drive through Brunswick and Bath awaits if you journey north. Perch is a surprisingly busy little queer-owned coffee shop and haven, and they have been looking forward to hosting a small selection of us literally all year. They deserve all the support they can get. Moreover, in addition to the Queer Makers' Market at Perch, from 2-6pm, you can mosey over to The Waldoboro Inn, (@the.waldoboro.inn) to a handmade/vintage market that the very talented artist Alexa Stark (@alexastark) is throwing together. AND AFTER THAT head to The Waldo Theatre (@thewaldotheatre), another inexplicably-queer-for-midcoast-Maine venue for a double feature of Gremlins and Gremlins 2. You could even head back to the inn and spend the night if you're not in a rush to jump back into the Portland yuletide frenzy.
